Pedophiles, who raped children, used to die in cells before standing trial – police veteran

Bishkek. March 27. KyrTAG – Aleksei Romanov. Colonel Dmitriy Smolenskiy, who worked as a convoy for 16 years told KyrTAG about what was hidden behind bars, where pedophiles would get into.
″Every prison used to house 10-15 people, who were charged with rape, they ″served″ inmates. But pedophiles,who raped children did not live up to trial day, they used to be killed by their cellmates without trial″, - said he.
″Inmates – are not humane people, but they have their own laws, hierarchy and their own ideas of justice″, - said the veteran.
″Such people must face tough measures. Permissiveness and impunity force the fallen to new crimes″, - said he.
Recall, last year there were over 900 facts of violence against children.
