Traffic militia of Bishkek fine women with flowers

«Such campaign is held each year. We have prepared flowers and post cards for our women. Inspectors of traffic militia stop women-drivers and congratulate them on upcoming holiday», - said press secretary of traffic militia Tilek Otorov.
Inspestors would stop all cars driven by women and girls. At first glance they were nervous, probably from cameras used by journalists to take pictures, but after inspectors used to present flowers they were nicely surprised.
«I got scared at being stopped, thought, that I broke traffic rules. The inspector has come up and asked for my documents and then congratulated me on 8 of March. It is so kind of them», - said city resident Ykybal Ayturganova.
