Licensing and Usage of Psychotropic Substances in Kyrgyzstan were Suggested

According to the Head of the State Service on Drug Control, Alymbai Sultanov, licensing and usage of psychotropic substances were suggested at session of the Parliamentary committee on Social Policy on Tuesday.
«We suggest introducing licensing and usage of psychotropic substances»,- he said.
According to Mr. Sultanov, «licensing on importation of psychotropic substances to the country exists; however, there is no control over its issuance and usage.
Mr. Sultanov noted that average cost of such license will comprise 300 soms.
«Thus, the state budget will receive more than 150 thousand soms annually», - he added.
After discussion, this idea was supported by members of the Committee.
