Kyrgyzstan ranks among countries with high rate of drug-resistant form of tuberculosis

″Epidemiological situation of Kyrgyzstan is effected by external migration. Over the past three years there were infected about 1.6 thousand of our citizens, who returned from abroad for treatment″, - said vice-prime-minister Damira Niyazaliyeva.
According to Health ministry, in 2014 Kyrgyzstan had 5763 people with tuberculosis – about 100 people for 100 thousand population.
