Talks on Kumtor ending, Centerra Gold Inc delegation leaving Bishkek

Bishkek. March 31. KyrTAG – A group of negotiators of Canadian Centerra Gold Inc headed by Dennis Kwan, vice-president, after two weeks of talks, is leaving Kyrgyzstan. Chair of JSC ″Kyrgyzaltyn″ Tokon Mamytov informed KyrTAG Tuesday.
″Canadian Centerra Gold Inc’s delegation headed by Dennis Kwan, vice-president, has been in Bishkek. We have talked about ecological issues with our special state bodies – State environment protection agency, geology agency and others″, - said he.
Recall, Kyrgyz government had been talking with Candian Centerra Gold Inc entire 2014 on restructuring Kumtor project. Both plan to create a joint enterprise with equal shares of 50 х50.
